About

For the overview of my experiences, I have been working as a Ruby on Rails Developer since 2007, I’m expert in RoR, HTML, JQuery, Prototype, AJAX, Cucumber, Rspec, and Rails’ Unit Test. I have also experienced in working on Human Resources Department and was responsible to select developer candidates, negotiating with the candidates, preparing the curicullum for various internal training, also responsible to keep the number of retention precentage as low as possible by maintaining staff’s happiness.
